Non-Clustered Configuration

• Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Microsoft Windows Server 2003.   Ensure that the latest service packs are installed.
• Microsoft SQL Desktop Engine (SQL Express) available on the CD or via download from the Microsoft web site at: www.microsoft.com/sql.
• Microsoft Message Queuing Service (MSMQ) must be installed prior to installing ConnectMate Engine.
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)

Clustered Configuration

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition.   Ensure that latest service packs are installed.
• Microsoft SQL Desktop Engine (SQL Express) available on the CD or via download from the Microsoft web site at: www.microsoft.com/sql.
• Microsoft Message Queuing Service (MSMQ) must be installed prior to installing ConnectMate Engine.
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)

Note:

If running Windows Server 2003, verify that the WebDAV extension is allowed under Computer Management | Services and Applications | Internet Information Services | Web Service Extensions.
